I wanted to know and you haven't mentioned, does Honored have the ability to apply for opit? Like t6?

Yes, Honored = Trusted 6 + 7 so it's on the same level of "trusted". Honored-Architect can also apply, but once you have submitted your application. We have it on file and don't need another one. =)
