Last night Noah had been banned by Penguin. This was after he had been warned by OPs not to spam, several times. I was going to issue a tempban, since he was just ignoring, and going against OP orders, and just continued... but instead, Jacob muted him. After unmuting, Noah then decided to swear, disrespecting the OPs who had been dealing with him, at which point Penguin banned him straight away. I don't think a full ban is in order, but not only that, forum policies were not explained, so I am unbanning him today. I think really a full day tempban was in order in the first place, but I don't agree with a full ban, at least not yet.
I'm unbanning him right now, but if an OP comes online after reading this, I want you to explain to Noah first. If he continues being unruly carry out whatever action you see is necessary, whether or not you tell him how to appeal. If I remember correctly, this isn't exactly the first time we've had to tell him to be more respectful of the rules.
