A Request to applicants for promotions

I'd like to request that all threads asking for architect or honored be started in the Player Promotions board on the forum. That seems to me to be the more appropriate place for those types of threads.

Edited name and stuck thread to draw attention. We'll have to get blackchaos to edit the permissions for that section so people can post new threads there.
@everyone this will go into effect if/when chaos does that =)
