Is frekey000 banned?

Wolve told me he was griefed. i took a look and frekey000 destroyed some wool. I did some research cause the name sounded familiar. He griefed two other people also. So i have a bet saying he is banned. but just wanted to make complete sure that he was. screenshots are below.

I believe you can use /seen <playername> and it should show if they are banned or not. I believe this command gives slightly different results than an admin (ip would be hidden for example). I could be wrong on this.
