Small Changes to AW

Hello everyone,

Creepers will now explode and cause damage to players in AW, but they will not damage any blocks. The same is true for withers.

There is now a small buffer around the AW spawn where mobs will not spawn, to make it easier to get out of the well.

This does not prevent them from following players into that buffer though, so don't let your guard down!
