iBenjaHD griefing.

I banned iBenjaHD for griefing. He asked if griefing was allowed on the server, and I told him no. He then answered with " :S " and continued right afterwards. I banned him at the spot, without setting any time for how long. Could someone take a look at this and concider how long he should be banned?
