Hi myles, just a reminder, the architect rank is not awarded based on the scale of a build but on the quality of the build. So each building (or at least a good number of them) in your city must be of architect quality meaning they need to show a very high standard of detail, use a good variety of blocks, be finished both inside and out, and show good building depth.
