I've been having the same problems on my computer.

I did try to access it on a computer at school but it kept me on the mobile version of the forums no matter what i tried. >.<

I can however access it fine on my ipod. XD

I've helped bear many times with this. All he is doing wrong is whenever the activation code is sent to him he either accidently deletes it or it doesn't send. Thats what he told me atleast.
