Prison Server Update

I might be able to slightly contribute in the building side of the server. Could build some repeatable assets maybe? (such as trees, etc.)

Possibly build a mine or two too?

Highly recommend people to join in on this project btw. Prison is still a fairly hot thing within the community, and with the recent increase in players that minecraft has seen, an update like this could really draw people to cfew.
