@Whitelilly - I like your suggestions and it feels best overall. They are a nice compromise of the many views we have presented on this forum. Yes I agree it is nice to now have villager trading and was fun populating /warp jmcmarket. It's more lively now!
I love EPs suggestion, but in addition to EP's ideas, I think it would be fair to allow honored members access to a limited number of villagers (Especially for those who have made nice little mini markets) ... I think it's safe 'Lag Wise' to allow honored members the option of having a limited # of villagers. Let's experiment.

I dunno though... I understand that it may not be fair that everyone is penalized for a few people's actions. But let's face the facts. There are more than just a few "untrusted" honoreds. (When I say 'untrusted,' I'm not talking about not xraying, I'm talking about someone who if they saw a house made of diamond blocks that was unzoned, they would take it.) And even if honoreds could only spawn a certain number of villagers, (lets say four) think of the abundance of honoreds. That's a lot of entities in the server. Aeon had specifically killed many mobs around the server map and turned off breeding to reduce the lag. I think it's apropriate to have one central market with maybe 20 or so villagers. You just gotta give and take; trade for emeralds when a trade is available, and when no more are available, you have to give some emeralds up to open up more trades.

@Justin: don't forget the age old problem with giving ranks such perks... it'd add another incentive for people to pester for the rank (no offense to those who don't), and make those who don't manage to reach honored for whatever reason feel sore for not having that ability. That's a kick in the teeth regardless of whether some of the people with this ability aren't fully trusted or not... it makes it seem like it's a big shiney prize, and if it's there, people are very likely to want... o.o
(Sorry if this has been mentioned, just a short visit inbetween busy moving schedule... tomorrow is the final moving day, where I have to ship myself by first class delivery to the new house... fun)
