New zones: no. Expanding old ones: fine.

@lily so if the majority/admins (however we're deciding this) agree with ind, you'll be fine if you don't live near other people, but if you're surrounded by other zones you won't be able to expand. All based on luck/whether you invited people to be your neighbors.
For the record, if this isn't done by arbitrary decision by the admin(s), I vote for overzone with expanding/adding new zones ...since it's gonna be unfair no matter how we slice it anyway. If our votes don't matter, I'd appreciate it if the admins would tell us so xD no need to argue this out if they've made up their minds.

Expanding wouldn't be limited to just the zones themselves. If you have a project, or group of projects that you are working on, you could request a new zone if it isn't feasible to expand your current one. You just wouldn't be able to go off to some random place you've never been before and start on a project there.

I think all these ideas or great, I'm just not sure how I feel about "no new zones" in the first main. Despite what some people may think, there are still large areas of Main that aren't used or zoned, but I can understand the reasons behind not having new zones made for brand new builds. I would also like to say that Pizza's idea of a 'focal point' city would be a great idea and would like to ask if anyone can help build it cause I would be interested in doing that. Overall, these ideas are great and I'm looking forward to the 'Main 2.0'
