They are currently still making decisions on it and a couple want to do some further investigating. I will post what they have said once they have come to an agreement or something of that sort.

I think Galaxy has a point - no torches probably isn't enough indication of the player using a mod or texture pack.
Ban Review Team can you come together and get a quick decision on this one please.
:/ well, it wasn't just that I was going off, it was the fact that when I first tp'd to him he was in a type of strip mine. But then I saw him dig randomly towards a patch of gold. You wouldn't be able to do that, even with his claim of being able to find resources close to another... Also by randomly I mean digging two blocks to his left, 1 block up, 3 blocks right then another few blocks left. And gold was extremely convenient ,located above him.

My brightness setting is on bright. I don't know why the rest of you see pitch black. I can see about one-three blocks ahead when I do this. I don't recall being that random I just dug straight down. When I do dig straight down I can see because of the light above me. How do you guys post pics so i can show you the mod and texture pack lists.
Please copy my profile picture this is what i see in single player mode. I do not know why I see brighter in the mines on the server if you like i would change the brightness to make it more fair. Again I promise I don't have any mods or texture packs that would help me find valuables easier. If you would like I will throw out some gold and some iron. -GOUTAH
