Game world pvp bug

I thought someone changed it so you cant do it from other worlds?
You have to be in gw from what i've known

Can anyone confirm if you can use /pa from another world?

I can confirm it, as it happened to me a few days ago. But what I found it it doesn't delete your inventory, it copies it. So people can potentially cheat using this, by going into GW and using gamemode to get themselves a bunch of items, going back to mw, and joining an arena. What I found though is we can use this to our advantage. If a player looses all of their items, maybe we can have them use the glitch and say that its a permission that only OPs can hand out for a one-time use? Just some suggestions

For me when i try and do /pa from another world it says 'You don't have permission to join this arena!'
