the only things i like about 1.9 is the boats and the new foods, i hate the pvp

Love the new building possibilities.
If there is more food minecraft honestly does not need it, for in survival its already really easy to overwhelm yourself with tons of food. The combat system isn't bad, it will exterminate everyone thinking they're excellent at pvp a they scream and charge while carelessly swinging their swords. It's more strategic now. On pvp servers the new system might also negate more of those fast hitting hackers. Definately take some getting used to, not just for me, but for everyone. Elytra can be cool. In only certain situations it can be good in pure survival, but i do like to just fly around and check out the local area while doing so. Boats are cool. New end is sick - new blocks expanded end with more enemies, more dungeon crawling. What else is in 1.9? Honestly i think it's a good update for minecraft.

I love 1.9 I feel like the pvp requires more effort and brainpower also which is AMAZING
The new blocks? Yesss!! New elytra? Yesss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1.9? Yessss! Boats? Sorta but Yay!

At this point it would be too difficult to revert back to 1.8.

I personally agree with Sim on all his points. 1.9 just adds cooler things and updates the combat system. (1.8 and before, system was crap, no thought involved)
