SlimeBasic: Has basic SlimeFun things such as the stuff for crafting and a few or at least one energy network which has a use, must have at least 8k (No need for paying)
SlimeAdvanced: Has everything in SlimeBasic but at least 2-3 auto-machines that produce an/multiple useful item(s) using SlimeFun, must have at least 30k (No need for paying) SlimeExpert: Has everything in SlimeBasic but at least 4-6 auto-machines that produce an/multiple useful item(s) using Slimefun, also at least 1 auto-machine which DOESN'T use SlimeFun (or only uses it a little bit), must have at least 90k (No need for paying) Also I'd like to ask, what are the requirements for a town in mw? I have a town, but it only has a population of one (Benja).

Ok, great idea!
basically we'll want ' Newbie / user / good at it / Expert. MAYBE something better than expert. so perhaps: SF Newbie SF User SF Grinder SF Expert How do those sound? any suggestions for better?

actually, SF GRUNT would be better than SF grinder.
The people that actually are at that rank ability currently will understand!

OK, let's flesh out the ranks.
To become sf user, you'd be expected to get SF dust without using manual machines. So an ore grinder, brown goldpan machine and a dust washer. You're not a newbie when you have those. To be an SF Grunt, haha, An SF Grunt has overcome the struggle to get copper and iron. An SF Grunt has outgrown the ability for a coal generator to power their base maybe. An SF Grunt needs a LOT of coal, but has enough carbon to get them through the day. An SF Grunt is someone who knows why SF cargo is helpful. An SF Grunt has too much aluminum dust. An SF Expert is someone who can make a stack of electric motors in a day. An SF Expert mostly only uses III electric machines. An SF Expert has WAAAY too much aluminum dust. An SF Expert can troubleshoot an electric system and a problem with cargo!

Not everyone who knows alot about slimefun is also that advanced on the server.
I think it should be a mix between actually having access to all this kind of machines, actually using them, and having the personal knowledge. We would need SF "judges" who can grant these ranks (well, like the architect "judges") and if you need some, I can surely help. Sure, we need to have some rules for special cases, like people who are relatively new and join someones highly advanced SF base without "discovering" stuff by themselves. Maybe a checklist like: SF starter: (would skip this title if we do a /starterkit for new people) basic manual stuff like panner grinder compressor smelter sawmill SF user: basic electric stuff, like: ore grinder panning machine dust washer SF Grunt: more advanced stuff, like a working cargo system mostly level 3 machines automatic crafter at least one (or a few) androids at least one nuclear reactor has access to barrels/plastic (asking for coal constantly) SF Expert: bedrock breaker made at least one mag-thor ingot <something I can't think of currently> (if someone asks for resources, you answer: how much stacks?)
