A B2 can sell B3 kits, a B3 can't sell B3 kits. If you see a store selling them who you know has the kit, do "/modreq this store is selling [this kit]" inside the store and an OP will take care of it.
also the rank system is changing in a few days anyway, tell them to chill lol no point buying kits when everyone but guests will have them soon.
