Creative World (We're actually doing it this time around)

OK I'm interested in working out this 'Creative World' setup as highlighted in this thread. I think there are some great suggestions. This weekend is great for me. Admins - Ops - players... let's put our heads together and finish this plan off. Making the worlds is the 'fast and easy' part. I can do that in about 10 mins or less. Making sure the worlds work how we want them to work with the our first public guest is want I want to double check. Let's do it right the first time. Please try to skim over this long thread. Give any further ideas you have after skimming over it. I think a few (EP or Ind) have summarized it nicely on a page or 2 back. .. Well I'm going home from work now! Let do it! 8D
