I don't know if you were there for it, but we used to get these guys once a week at least. We just ban them and don't have second thoughts about it. If they're just saying their IP a few times to see if anyone will join, that's a different story, but this guy is obviously a griefer (not physical grief) by spam/profanity =P Don't bother with verbal warnings next time you see someone like this, just kick then ban.
