Thanks for noticing and mentioning this, but we already do try to look out for unzoned buildings. =P
Sometimes OPs just fly by, so don't notice anything which is unzoned, but when we do, we do make sure to zone it under a generic "claim me" zone name, if we can't find who built it.
If you spot any yourself though, it'd always help to either post any warp that is close to it, or just post up the coords, so someone can check it out. :3
