Shop ranks

Yeah I don't really think shop ranks should be added, since this is mainly a building server... Maybe we could add it as a sort of side rank, like we were talking about earlier when we were thinking about changing the rank system, like pixel artist, redstoneer, there could possibly be a shop rank like that too. By the way, sounds good nopi0. :3 I've never really liked going to one shop, only to find it's out of stock, and having to keep warping everywhere...
