That does seem to happen now and then, but in my time zone there seems to be atleast 3 ops on all the time. But there still is those few hours where no ops are on. As always I can't vote in polls so i'll just say it here xD
I vote yes for more ops, but depending on which time zone. For example whenever i'm online there are a few ops, say where stravens online the are no ops on. O depending on the time zone where the person that may be promoted is living.
