I think it was generally that he couldn't work on it anymore, but any other OPs are free to finish it off with signs etc.

I don't really know the warp... so Clown might need to say, but it's generally just 1 island, with water all the way around. It has about 5 buildings inside what looks like a castle. Four of the buildings have lists of rules/ information, and is dedicated to a specific part of the rules (e.g. ranks, helpful warps and plugins etc), and after they've read them, they go into the 5th building, then underground to answer a set of questions via a redstone combination lock. If they get it right, they pass through, if not, they have to re-read the signs and check again. =P
I think that generally only the important rules that don't really change are set as questions, but either way, it's quite interesting... just needs finishing off.
