add "turn off everyone's creative mode outside creative worlds after isolating" to number 6
disable broadcast for all but admin ...it's practically useless and OPs mostly only use it to cover inappropriate messages anyway now adays
bring back mod-broadcast but with a shorter command like /mod <message>
if possible fix zones being owned by groups (/region addmember g:<groupname>) ...I think its a lost cause though
