Yeah, I could name at least three ops who constantly curse or disrespect. Sometimes neither of those things, and it's just inappropriate conversations. I also agree with the punishment like temp-ban. (Because, let's face it, kicking might scare a builder1 who is worried about being banned, but to us who have been here for a while, it's like a slap on the wrist.) It's like real life; we may be high ranks, but we're not above the law.
Rather than giving broadcast to just jams, I think we should give it to other [more] mature ops, such as shpp, aeon, indrae, etc. (When was the last time you heard them make a perverted joke? =P)
