Actually, regarding Blue's point, it does have some relevance. Not to argue with what's been agreed, but how about making flying Honored Architect only? My reasoning behind this is simply because although it fits with Architects being able to fly up high to build, I personally think that flying is something that should be given out only if the players are trusted. As Blue mentioned, it isn't fair how players go flying in AW or PVP to avoid getting killed, as well as to kill others. Someone will probably bring up the fact that Architect players will probably have a certain level of trust anyway, due to the difficulty and length of time to actually get the rank, but if that's really the case, then they should already be both honored, and architect already. Either way, I feel flying would be covered better in both Architect, and Honored, rather than just one or the other.
Asside from that, really, the new ranks don't have to have specific "perks", the whole reason behind them isn't to give players rewards. The rewards and perks aspect could be a nice bonus like they always have been, but the title Architect in itself is the reward, showing that they are a large cut above the average builder. Personally I don't think we should give away any more incentives for ranks than needed, knowing that the whole point of the rank change is to make a solid foundation which will mean something, instead of get abused by rank gamers, and lazy OPs (generalising about a worst case scenario due to tiredness... my point still stands however, whether or not it is so much of a problem).
