Yes, Honored-Architect = T7+. Honored = T6 through H4. At least, what I am aware. Architect is it's own builder rank, set on another level. It's like being a Builder5 but not needing to help out others (after passing H4). More of an achievement on building, Honored is the new trusted rank. (rather old, as that's how it was in the past)
