I mean helpers get access to region creating and warp setting so thats kinda a reward within itself.

On a personal note, i think this is a very good idea. as you progress up the ranks you should be aloud to set more homes. Jay is right in the fact that it would boost inclination towards applying for increased ranks.

Yeah but the name helper means one will help, such as with zoning and warp setting, so that's not exactly a 'reward'.
