The rules call for a stern warning or tempban the first time depending on how great the greif and how intentional to harm others it was... you seem to have done a fairly thorough job o.o perhaps if you see blue online you can collab with him to fix his house the way it was or forgive and forget? It's mostly up to blue here, but as long as you promise not to grief again I say he's fine to stay. Blue?
