Fire is referring to an opit+ area that, in my opinion, shouldn't be opit+ anymore due to the ability to make bridges from planetoid to planetoid. I think finding another random generation for the desert world and saving the few structures we built there would be a better option to fix the resource issue, fire, that way everyone would have access to it instead of just opit+s.
