The criteria for SlimeExpert isn't quite so clear.
I've accomplished things like getting thorium, crafting bedrock, and crafting Mag-thor, yet being deemed an expert in slimefun is still very unclear, as the little blurb gives little information on what else being an expert means. I've already applied for SlimeExpert, although there was little useful response, and much confusion.
I hope you guys will change the requirements for SlimeExpert, as they seem unclear to me!
