I think part of our problem is that in the attempt to create a fun server, we have completely forgotten how to run a successful server. A successful server needs an efficient OP community, not a bunch of people who got handed the job to feel special (not singling anyone out). A successful server needs an efficient ban appeal process (some don't even have them, but we do because mistakes happen). Successful servers don't add new worlds based on the whims of a tiny fraction of the members. Successful servers realize they can't provide everything, so they don't try to. Whenever we think of a new feature, we need to approach it with skepticism and scrutinize it heavily, to determine whether it actually adds any genuine and long lasting value to the server.
What is our focus?
