Fixing a grief one time isn't enough, To achieve a rank like loyal you need to always be helping the server and never disobeying the rules no matter what and ensure what your doing is for the good of the server.

Yes exactly what Myles said. And also constantly talking about how you want to rank up isn't improving your chances. Just be patient and wait it out. If you don't get it within a week from today, then try applying again in a month.
