Our September Staff of the Month is:

Amanda_Panda

Amanda has done a remarkable job as an admin, being proactive in both generating ideas and implementing those ideas.  We now have staff statues in spawn, which is something fun that the community can engage in (how many staff can you find.. can you find Johan etc).  She did a great amount of work in helping to organize and implement forum awards, spending time on finding suitable images, then doing up forum posts to communicate the information, also learning how to use the Admin control panel to then allocate them to people.

In-game Amanda is extremely attentive to players, is very welcoming to new players, and is always willing to help people out.  She is a natural leader in our community, and an awesome role model.  She helps sort out drama, she is always giving advice, she messages people if she thinks they are feeling down, and she constantly helps her fellow staff members out on how to deal with drama.  She also manages to do all of this in-between washing cars!
