Jeffadore doesn't have Pro builder currently although he could just give it to himself couldn't he?

I think it's good, because it shows that you really have to work to get one. Also, at least 5 people have gotten awards.

Yeah, this isn't supposed to be some organized scheduled thing where most people will be getting awards... So it doesn't matter when or if Chaos gets around to giving them out.
