Jal, I will explain it in a more understandable way.
You are currently unable to attain honored in any way. Even if you do manage to attain the 3rd Honored Recommendation, it will not count to your final Honored Application. Due to this, I highly recommend you focus on playing and enjoying CFEW, instead of pursuing for ranks. If you continue to spam for honored, ask for honored in any way, the rank will be unattainable until your situation improves. Please do not ask for Honored any further, and focus on playing in CFEW ingame and enjoying it. Should you be able to attain the Honored rank again, we will inform you privately. ~ Galaxy
