@BC-It's all fine now. I just couldn't see the actual 'award' icons on the left under each post. They were blocked by an 'ad blocking' plugin on my browser.

@Everyone - yes I agree, let's stick to them being 'given' and shpp & fugg are right it could encourage various forms of spam.

Yes, they're the forum awards. The little icons under the "warning level" at the top right of everyone's posts.
