XP Farm?

Mob spawning is turned on in that world. I have no idea what is wrong with the xp farm.

So what is a solution? Can we make a new xp farm in spaceworld perhaps or sell xp at the shop? There are lots of us who need xp - most of us are using the mob arenas but its a very slow process. Please can we have another and easier way of getting xp.

More information. I recently warped to /warp enchant just to enchant a few items. This warp is located in the End. I walked around a little bit, looking for endermen to kill for XP. Come to find out, there are no endermen what-so-ever in the end. I warped to other "secret" XP farms. Nothing. Something has changed in the permissions/code/whatever. Just wanted to give more in-sight on this situation.

before my accident i spent a few days looking into it. there is some obscure change that is not allowing mob spawning in the end. i removed all flags and remade them. i checked every config file i could find and made sure mob spawning was turned on everywhere. i was/am stumped.

perhaps we should delete everything associated with the end and create a whole new world

That would be a sensible thing to do. Though some people again, like the Nether will have builds there, maybe.. probably, I think? So, yeah.. we should maybe take a quick look around (is that possible? ) or put up a post asking if anyone has any builds there that they want moving. So people don't have something just destroyed they were working hard on. That sound like a sensible idea?
