This is not a thread for admin input. This thread is only to be posted in by players (including OPs).
What do you think the server lacks, and what should there be more of? Anything goes (not promising that every request would be added in, but every request, no matter how unrealistic, will be considered by the admins).

Perhaps we could have a memorial site in the spawn area,
With signs showing every player thats visited.
Maybe a Retired, Ongoing and maybe include a Banned Section (or put it with the retired section)?

I would like to see another PvP world like the old one where you get to use your stuff and can alter the terrain and such.

I like the idea that Evan suggested, but could cause some drama with the players losing items and people not giving them back.. though this could be solved by turning inventory keep on in that world, meaning you dont loose items. Think we need a new nether also as the current one is a bit dead, and you cant find nether quartz. Think thats about it, oh we also need more Foxes, I get lonely being the only Fox around sometimes......

Today, a lot of people were on AW talking about PVP. I think that it should be allowed, but in areas. In servers with factions and raiding, there are safe-zones and war-zones and It would be great for PVP arenas too.

In the upgraded CFEW server, it would be nice to have a larger view distance. Check the server.properties file and the "view-distance=" setting. See if it can be set to 15. Provided the upload bandwidth is much better, this will allow much better visibility for players working on large builds. Rose and I would enjoy this for our new castle building.

It was set to three initially. I set it to ten the other day. I'll try setting it to 15 and will monitor how the server performs.
