4. Explain why you performed the actions which led to your ban.:I was selling diamond blocks for a cheap price and was accused of hacking.
5. Have you been banned before? If so, for what?: Yes, I was abusing time set
6. Can you add any additional details that may help us make a decision.: I was falsely accused of hacking. Someone gave me all the diamonds so I sold them. I don't remember their name because it has been so long. No hacks were involved.

Cmoose154 was advertising and selling diamonds at her shop for $10. When I purchased one it was a diamond block for $10. I looked in the chest and discovered the equivalent of 9792 diamonds (17 stacks of diamond blocks, the rest diamonds). I asked cmoose to destroy them which she did although she protested a bit towards the end. She said she had acquired the diamonds legitimately and hadn't used any hacks. She also said she bought the diamonds but couldn't remember at which shop.

Regarding this situation, We may need to investigate a bit further into how they were obtained.
Cmoose, can you think of anything, maybe over-mining, donations, a bug, or names of any shops that you could have obtained then from?
*EDIT: Oh right.... then perhaps we may need to investigate as to WHO instead of HOW.... maybe WHY also....

All I remember was someone gave me all the diamonds. I dont know if they used a bug to acquire them but I had no part of it.
