if its like a village we will review each house/shop/other separtely, so we only review things finished (builds in villages, we review only the finished houses etc.)

Yes CW builds now count in completion to the architect ranks.
We expect CW builds to be at a higher standard then your MW builds.
This is because you have a larger selection of blocks and you have fly etc.
