049er Ban Report (needs more investigation)

This may not be helpful, but I can verify that dupe used to work, I saw it on a youtube video and tested it on my private server.

Have spoken to 49 about this, he asked why I had been given reason to believe he had been xraying, told him i found the duping station, just said that the station didn't work, and that he had to go eat. This was after he'd practically just logged on.
My guess is he's avoiding, I'm giving him one last chance, and if he logs out again before action can be taken, I'll just have to ask clown to ban... I mean regardless of whether or not the station worked, he attempted to dupe, which is clearly against the rules. And as someone else already said, if he's willing to try to dupe at least, what's to say he isn't using xray?
