Stone to Diamond Ore ratio:
360 diamond:12795 stone
That's about 1 diamond per every 35 stone mined, approximately. Estimates could be off by 10 or so diamond and 100 or so stone. Investigating his mines, they seem like an xray user. The paths are random with no pattern, no torches and lead straight to ores.
Results: Banned for XRAY use. Please post any evidence against your usage of xray, if you have any, Ulithian.

Getting rid of it after you got caught honestly doesn't warrant any sympathy with me. Thats like stealing from someone over and over and saying you never meant to do it only after you were caught. There are specific rules at the spawn that outline our position on Xray use. We need to enforce these rules so that our LEGITIMATE users can have at least a few diamonds to find. I'm sorry if you think this is being harsh, but we need to uphold the legitimacy of our server to at least some extent

If he didn't know it was against the rules, then it is more understandable, but as Pizza has said, it is clearly stated in the rules to not use any mods or texture packs which would give unfair advantages. Not only this, Ulithian, you did claim you didn't have Xray mod at all in your original post in the appeal, because of these exact reasons.
From this, I would suggest staying banned, since you lied, before confessing when we looked at the evidence. How can we trust that you will not try to break this rule and use unfair mods or texture packs again in this way, if you have already lied about this?

There have been many ill-gained diamonds sold and passed around the server. Its impossible to find all of them so its up to people who got them to destroy them
