I'm not sure that we really need this in MW, as most places are linked to a warp and from one warp you're sure to find somewhere adequate to build.

This comment has me slightly concerned about using this plugin in any of our survival worlds:

"I use this plugin and a player of mine spawned in lava when she used /rtp and she never came back to the server. (probs thought it was another troll server)".

You could maybe try a different plugin. There are lots out there I just picked a random one because I think /rtp would be a really good addition to the server.
