Hey guys, I hate to announce this, but I think I'm already going to have to step down from Admin...
Why? In case you hadn't noticed, I've frequently been innactive since the start of my Admin duties... I've been sick for a few days, but as well as this, I didn't foresee how busy I would be now that I'm home. I knew I would have to juggle my Youtube channel, leisure time, the OP duties I already had, as well as make sure I had plenty of time to spend with my other half, but on top of that, life back at home is just constantly a bother... I don't mind being back with family, but it leaves a lot less control over what I do; back at uni I could get away with being messy, and leaving a few plates out on the surface to clear later, maybe even the next day... but being back at home anything I do has to coordinate with my dad, sister, and most of all, my night-shift working mother... who can be a bit of a slave driver at times. ._.
At other times, the things I don't mind like just chatting with family can sometimes just eat away hours as well, and by the time I realise how long I've wasted, I have to get the next video uploaded for my channel, so I don't lose consistency... (I'm still a bit hopeful that I may become a youtube partner, I've already had a few emails from youtube which may suggest it as a possibility)
I'm really sorry about this guys... I was thinking when I got back, things would settle after a while, but that hasn't really happened so much... Maybe I just need to take a long break from MC... I know this is a bad time, knowing how many players who have already stepped down... but hopefully I can still come back now and then. I think what would be best for me right now is to go back to being a superOP, but continue slowly trying to train as an Admin. Perhaps sometime in the future I will be able to resume the position if possible (and if it is seen as necessary), but until then I think one of the other successors should be allowed a chance. I will still try to log in occassionally when I can, but that may only be once a week if things keep up...
I should definitely be back more than I have been this week, since I've lightened the load considerably with my youtube channel, but things will still be busy with the family.
