If you're trying to record PC gameplay then you can try OBS, Plays.tv, dxtory, or shadowplay (if you have a good nvidia graphics card that is) as far as editing software, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas are both the best and console you need an El Gato 60s def best one to get

I know a free recording software, but if you want the sound in the video from the game you have to buy something ;;;-;;;
anyways if you want a free recording program it's screencast o matic, and I don't even know how to edit lel

Like i said above, those are editing/recording softwares you can download, but nothing is technically free when it comes to good editing softwares xD but yeee i mean i use Sony vegas, photoshop, and plays.tv and audacity

But yea, photoshop for thumbnails, vegas for video editing and obs for screen recording.
(If you're gonna use audacity, you might as well start using bandicam. . . .)
