I don't think he should be unbanned. He has been banned for griefing before. We gave a second chance and he blew it.

I would like to point out that grief damage was done just before pain's post that he was banned the last time. He probably even thought he was being banned for this griefing rather than the one documented before. It's your choice whether to unban him or not, just giving all the perspectives.
