I want it to be known to all CFEW members, that what happens on someone's account that could have been prevented by them is their responsibility. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their account is not used by others for malicious purposes. Many times in the past we have had to lift bans because a sibling, a roommate, or a friend had supposedly used the member's account to grief, or for some other purpose in violation of the rules. I don't want this to be a blanket excuse used by anyone to evade a ban. Here are some things to consider:
-Do not share your account with ANYONE. YOU are responsible for THEIR actions.
-Do not set minecraft to automatically save your password.
-Use a password that only you know.
-Be cautious when logging on when using a computer that is not your own.
-If you have a roommate, sibling, or a friend who is over, do not leave Minecraft open unattended
Now, we will be understanding if a player's account is compromised through means totally outside of their control.
Keep these tips in mind.
