He saying with all the arguments on shout box and ban appeal forums he thinks the server has too many disputes over bans...(don't ask me how i can read that, I'm not entirely sure myself)
What is our focus?

Well we're suppose to be a fun server! But right now were doing the opposite yea it's just not the Same from like before ;/
-Be Yourself-
-And Only Yourself-
I think part of our problem is that in the attempt to create a fun server, we have completely forgotten how to run a successful server. A successful server needs an efficient OP community, not a bunch of people who got handed the job to feel special (not singling anyone out). A successful server needs an efficient ban appeal process (some don't even have them, but we do because mistakes happen). Successful servers don't add new worlds based on the whims of a tiny fraction of the members. Successful servers realize they can't provide everything, so they don't try to. Whenever we think of a new feature, we need to approach it with skepticism and scrutinize it heavily, to determine whether it actually adds any genuine and long lasting value to the server.

agreed ind,
I think a good first step would be to look at the worlds we do have, decide which ones we can do without, and work to fix the ones that we do want to keep. There are some major features missing from some of our main worlds and I think that should be the first step before we look at adding new worlds or plugins |
