That is a op only command and I feel that only Ops should have that power, just my opinion but great idea zane.

We give that command to Advisers and above only, sorry.

SOPs also have the ability to spawn the enderdragon, so its not just Advisers and above.

SOP+ have the ability to spawn dragons and also kill them if need be. If a player accidentally did /spawnmob enderdragon 100 then the server would no doubt crash, so this isn't a command we can give out to regular players, sorry spart.
