Well, I'm starting this thread to "Appeal" for the enderdrag system to be changed back. I'll explain my reasoning, the current system isn't going to work, for multiple reasons, the economy isn't powerful enough to support $2500 per 68 xp, if this system should be in place at all it should be reduced drastically. To about $300-400 an egg.

So to prove to admins that this should be changed I am starting a Poll/Vote/petition, so you can either comment/add your vote to the poll about your opinions, please it does matter to us SW players, please just leave a comment or add your vote

Thanks

I do feel that even at 2500 thats really expensive for what your getting.

Id like the systems price to lower for people. The way we spawn it works well and removes the need for a SOP to be on to spawn it.

However, I voted to put the price as it currently is. But only because i didnt have a choice to put it lower.

I completely agree, the prices for an individual ender dragon to spawn is way too expensive. It takes quite a lot of time to save up the money in order to purchase one egg, and most of the time members need to do it twice to get the experience levels they need to enchant/fix tools and armor. I certainly have had to buy twice from the system, now I'm completely broke. xD A price that is more fitting for members of SW should be considered. The question that really remains is: What price is suitable for all members, yet is high enough to make it a challenge/prevent too many ender dragons from being spawned?

Id agree with 400-500. Thats 4-5 gold ingots to spawn a dragon. Seems reasonable considering you have to use enchanted books, materials etc. to make and repair gear.

Keep in mind that the system is likely to change once we are able to update to 1.9. We will probably either drop the price to reflect the reduced experience earned from killing the enderdragon, or do away with paid enderdragon spawning entirely in favor of the new methods of spawning in vanilla Minecraft.
So worry not, all things are well.

You can fight it with nothing but a sword. . Plus $2500 is 25 gold ingots thats easy enough to obtain and you get 68 levels of xp, that is worth more than $400-500.
